Lavingia Jewels needed a website. A place where people could finally explore their collections properly, not just discover them in-store. Their physical shops in Tanzania and Zambia already brought in steady foot traffic. But online, the brand wasn’t showing its true quality.
As we dug deeper, the gaps became clear. The jewellery was beautiful in person but underwhelming in photos. Their social media lacked presence. No real story, no content that made people stop scrolling. It was clear this wasn’t just about launching a website. The whole brand needed a better way to show up online.
I recommended we go further. Build the website, but also fix the product visuals. Create a content system that made the jewellery feel as valuable online as it did in real life. And start managing Instagram and Facebook to give the brand a consistent voice, not just a feed.
