OYA

OYA came with a simple ask. Build and manage their marketing. The product was still early. The idea was strong. One app to order food, drinks, even book cinema tickets. Convenience, all in one place. But the path to get there wasn’t clear yet.

 

Once we got started, things moved quickly. After seeing how I approached the brand and strategy side, I was invited to go deeper. I began working closely with the director, helping shape the product itself. Not just how it looked, but how it worked. What to build, what to prioritise, what the experience should feel like for someone using it for the first time.

 

From there, I also took on customer experience. Support flows, tone of voice, feedback loops. Everything that shapes how people feel when they interact with a brand. It became a 360° role without the title.

 

The pages below show the work that came out of that. Some are campaigns. Some are product features. Some are behind-the-scenes decisions that changed how the app was built. All of it was part of helping OYA become something people actually wanted to use.
